OTA Pays Owner Directly

- First Grand issues a monthly invoice for $575.

- OTA transfers $2,500 to the First Grand collection account.
- First Grand deducts $575 (fee + VAT) at source.
- Net $1,925 transferred to the owner's account.
- One consolidated statement. Zero owner-side admin.
